I run an evergreen online course and I use ConvertKit to deliver all the e-mails. The problem is that half of my clients haven't received any e-mails until now and the e-mail type is marked as "bounced". I know the e-mails are correct, because some of them have been on my e-mail list for a while now. Any ideas why this happens and how I can change this?

Hm, that's not good. Β I'd reach out to ConvertKit's support team at help@convertkit.com20 (or with the message bubble in the lower right corner) - they have folks focused entirely on deliverability and could probably look at the specifics to your list and figure out what's going on.
