I sent a broadcast out 2 hours ago, and it still shows only 31.1% of the emails have gone out. Please advise what happened, and how I can get 100% of the broadcast sent out. Thanks!

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity

Hey @Fernando Labastida - Content Marketing Latam35! Is it possible that you sent that broadcast as an A/B test? If so, it'll only send to 30% of your list during the 4-hour testing period. We have more info here39.
