I sent a broadcast yesterday and it is showing that only some of my email list received it. Yesterday, I saw a message from ConvertKit that there was an issue, but that it had been resolved. Today, many of my subscribers still haven't received the email. Any updates on this issue?

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity

    • Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

In this case, it would be best if you reached out via help@convertkit.com37 (or via the in-app messenger in your account) so one of our Product Specialists can take a closer look at your account specifically. Could you please include the name of the broadcast, and some example subscribers who haven't received it? One of our Product Specialists will be able to help troubleshoot further :)
