Asked a question 2 years ago

I successfully set up a landing page with a corresponding thank you page. I also created a form to embed on my own webpage so people can sign up there. When people sign up using the form, instead of the landing page, they still get the incentive email. But I can't find a way to make a custom thank you page for them to land on when they hit "confirm subscription" in the email. I tried linking to my existing thank you page but it actually takes them to the landing page. Any tips?

Hi @Sarah Miller59 , thanks for reaching out! Currently the feature that allows you to build custom Thank-You Pages is only for our Landing Pages, not Forms. However, if you have an existing Thank You page on your website (or are able to create one), then you can redirect them to that page when they sign up to your form. Just replace this default url with your own url here in your Form settings under Incentive Email:
