I tested out sending a broadcast email to myself. Everything work and got send. Then I tried to send the same one to new people. However, when I did it, it got sent to zero people. Those subscribers have the tag I chose. Do I need to make a new broadcast every time I need to send an email to new subscribers?

About You tab:
- Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
- About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
