I've added a custom domain pages.[mydomain].com for my landing pages. However when I select my domain instead of Convertkit's domain, it sends me to the Privacy Error page. Is this because my domain uses https and so the subdomain I'm using should too? Or how do I fix this?

Hey Melissa -- Thank you for posting your concern here in our Community. There are a lot of factors why the SSL certificate is not showing up on your custom domain. This can be from the website provider where you have another SSL enabled or there's another IP address in the A records with the same host.
