I've moved some emails in my automated sequence from "draft" to "active" after subscribers sign up, but the sequence is still marked as completed for those subscribers and they don't get the new (now active) emails. Is there a way to force it to check again or push the sequence to them so that the older subscribers get the new emails?

Hey @Laura43! If those subscribers have already been marked as completed on the sequence, we'll have to re-activate them for you before they'll receive any additional emails from it. Feel free to reach out to our team at help@convertkit.com52 (or via the in-app messenger in your account) with the sequence you want the subscribers re-activated on, and one of our Product Specialists will help you out with that!
