I want to change the spacing between paragraphs for specific sections of my email. Is this possible?

I'm fairly new here. I write my newsletters in Word. When I copy them over, all the formatting goes away. I want to ... hyperlinks, capital letters, etc.

How can I adjust the margin between a heading and the paragraph just below in my template? I can adjust the height INSIDE a paragraph/heading, but not margin in between them.
