I had the same problem with my own email address because I was testing.
What worked was to delete the sequence from my profile (click the email address in the subscribers list) and then add myself back to the sequence, not the automation.
The automation says they're completed, the sequence has no idea.
I broke mine by deleting the sequence and then re-creating it so your milage may vary but you can duplicate a sequence if you have to and then subscribe them to that one.
