If I'm inserting the same form on multiple pages, can I tag subscribers based on the URL they sign up from? Or pass tags dynamically from the page in another way? Or would I need a unique form for each tag.

@Matthew35 tagging them via URL they sign up form is not possible. You can create a form that has an option to choose one in the dropdown menu and add them to a certain tag. Check this link:

The long process is to duplicate the form and create an automation per the form you embed in your website.
