In preview mode with a template I still see HTML which I can not edit or delete. It also appears in a test send. How do I get rid of the HTML?

Hey Florence Have you tried checking the email template where the HTML was added? If the HTML code was added in the email templates, then you can't edit or remove them in the editor mode of the email sequence or broadcast.

Anyone using responsive templates in ConvertKit? If I use a html template that's supposed to be responsive (and is in ... sent out (Gmail). What am I missing?
