Is it not possible to update a ConvertKit subscribed via Zapier? We're wanting to update names, custom fields, etc. and it doesn't seem possible.

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity

Our Zapier integration, as far as I know, never worked with custom fields properly. I believe Product was looking into this at one point, but it isn’t working properly with custom fields, and there’s no ETA on when Product will circle back to ensure it works properly. There's already a request for this.

I'm devastated there's no way to do this - the entire primary funnel of my business runs using this exact workflow through Zapier. Ugh did I just leave ActiveCampaign for nothing?
