Is there a best practice for including images in emails? Is it better to upload it to Convert Kit and insert it in the email, or embed it using an external link? I use Canva for most of my images, so I can do either. I'm not sure what is best in terms of how it shows up on the user's end. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I would recommend including the images directly in your ConvertKit email (that is, upload it to ConvertKit) than linking/including from an external source.  I don't know that it would directly impact deliverability, but it would make things more straightforward from a troubleshooting standpoint if you run into any issues.
