Is there a way to add a RESPONSE form box inside of my broadcast? I need to collect their physical mailing addresses.

- Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
- About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
- Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity

There's a lot of variability in how different email services and software will display a form and whether or not it will be functional. Even if it displays correctly, it may not work correctly. The best option is to have the form itself on your website or a service that hosts the form, then link to that from your email broadcast.
