Question
automations
Asked a question 3 years ago

Is there a way to automate cold subscriber re-engagement entirely? I have set up an automation where everybody with the tag 'cold subscriber' is sent a two mail sequence (two weeks) and when they don't click on the links in the mail they are tagged 'delete'. Is there a way to automatically tag the cold subscribers with this tag and automatically delete when they receive the tag 'delete' (so I don't have to think to do this every few weeks)? Input very much appreciated!

Hey @Nele59, unfortunately there's not a way to automate the cold subscriber re-engagement process at this time. I'm sorry about that! That said, please feel free to file this as a feature request for our team here69 :)

Hey Nele! Your question got me thinking since I have been making some tweaks to my cold subscriber automation to streamline it as much as possible.

There is no rule you could trigger so I checked the standard Zapier/Integromat solutions and they also don't have it. I even checked the ConvertKit API and currently don't see a way.

One thing I just discovered is that ConvertKit now works with PieSync and you may be able to do it that way.

Hopefully I am just missing something obvious but for now I'm having to setup an elaborate workaround.
