Is there a way to re-send the incentive/confirmation email? I have an unconfirmed subscriber who says she can't find the email, even though my account shows that she opened it. She would like me to re-send if possible. Thanks!

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add

If you manually add a subscriber, the assumption is that you already have permission from them to add them (i.e. importing a list from elsewhere) and incentives won't be sent, because the incentive email is where they give that permission to opt-in. Since you've already added them to your mailing list manually, I'd suggest you just write this person an email from the email address you use to send broadcasts, and attach the freebie/incentive.
