Is there a way to set your forms so that it doesn't redirect to CK upon subscribing? I'm not sure I'm even asking that correctly, so let me explain... I've been focusing on lowering the bounce rate on my website lately (I'm on WP), and I realized that visitors who were subscribing to my email list upon entering the site actually hurt my bounce rate because when they submitted their email into my form and hit "subscribe," it was redirecting them away from my site to the CK confirmation page. So I created a new subscriber thank you page and changed all my form settings to redirect to that page upon subscription. However, the URL still redirects for a moment to a "https://app.convertkit.com/landing_pages..." page and then back to my thank you page. Is there a way to avoid that redirection and keep people on my URL to lower my site's bounce rate?

Hi @Rachel Paxton50, In your form settings, have you selected "show a success message" instead of "redirect to an expternal page"? (see pic 1)

Are you auto-confirming new subscribers? If so, that could be your problem. You might want to send them an incentive email instead of autoconfirming so they stay on your page and see the success message. BUT, if people are excited to subscribe, and you ask them to check their email to confirm, then of course they wil bounce! In this case, the bounce rate is a GOOD thing because they're doing hat you want them to. (see pic 2) Once they're in your email queue, you can send a welcome email to bring them back to your site.
