It feels as though this service is either abandoned or underserved, as many of the questions do not have answers. So let's hope someone has an answer other than (add to feature). PROBLEM: why is there not just a list of the custom tags for building RSS Automation? The FAQ refers to a "menu" - none of the menus I have show any options to add these tags - example, getting the first name of the subscriber for whom the email is going.
