My email address, the one that's associated with my account and the one I send my emails from, has come back as a hard bounce twice now (I deleted it then re-subscribed it so I could see my newsletters come through) It seems to be otherwise working fine - why would I get a hard bounce on my own email address and how can I fix this? It does not seem to be an issue with any other subscribers.

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand

Hm, that's not good.  I'd reach out to ConvertKit's support team at help@convertkit.com22 (or with the message bubble in the lower right corner) so they can look at the specifics of the bounce and troubleshoot what's going on.
