My email appearance has been off lately. In the preview before the email is opened sometimes it will show the first sentence of the email, but other times it skips to the end and only shows my signature. Even worse, the last email I send had a preview of the email footer including just my name and then unsubscribe!!! I’ve gotten more unsubs from this email than any other and that can’t be a coincidence. Please someone tell me: How can I control which part of the email displays in the preview so that this never happens again?

There is a "Preview text" area in broadcast and sequence emails, which you can use to control the text that appears here.
