My email template for my broadcast has a photo in the header. Within the template I have typed our company name in white font to appear over the background photo in the header. Unfortunately, when I send a preview to my email, my email program Spark displays the header wrong - the company name displays in black letters (on the dark background of the photo) in the header. It looks really bad. Gmail and Spike display correctly. What do I do, please? For all I know, some of my subscribers are using Spark as well...

Hey @karinsternberg62! Unfortunately we sometimes have limited control over how email providers interpret/apply email styling. In this case, I'd suggest reaching out to our team at help@convertkit.com36 (or via the in-app messenger in your account) with a description of this issue (a screenshot demonstrating it would be helpful, if possible) and the name of the template. One of our Product Specialists will be able to take a look at your account and, depending on the complexity of the issue, may be able to help advise on some styling tweaks and/or potentially some CSS that might help mitigate or override this issue ☺️
