I just did this! In convertkit go to the landing page that you want to update the lead magnet on. In the upper bar (towards the right hand side) you'll see Settings, click on that. On the left hand side of the settings box that popped up, go down to Incentives and click on that. At the bottom of the box you'll see After confirming redirect to: Click on Download and you can upload your new pdf, etc. Hope this helps.
