Hi all! This happens when you haven't selected any email templates on your account as default. Once you set one, you should be able to click the edit email contents in the incentive settings. :)

incentive emailLanding Pages On my landing page I am clicking edit incentive email and it constantly just hangs and won't let me access it. I've done this many times before but it just hangs with a circle that keeps going round and I can't get in to change the incentive email. Plus I've to set up a new landing page and it's doing it there too?

- About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
