Possible to use ConvertKit as the landing page and redirect to another third-party for the buy? (I ask this because I need our cart to accommodate affiliates.)

ConvertKit's landing pages are designed to gather email addresses, not to make sales directly.  While you can redirect someone to a different page after they subscribe to your list via your landing page, that doesn't sound like what you're looking to do here.

If you need a general sales page, it's probably best to create that on your website, or with a service such as LeadPages.
