Hi @kurt48, if you create the landing page, it should indeed be redirecting there when you have it set up. It should be as easy as selecting 'Redirect to thank you page' in the settings, but if it's still not working, support definitely needs to know about it. I've seen a few other posts asking about this very thing... I'm guessing there is a malfunction or bug.
You can use help@convertkit.com 34or the in-app messenger in your account with a description of this issue and the name of the landing page (as it is displayed on the forms page in your account). Ar Product Specialist will be able to help further!

How do you make it so that when someone signs up it says to check their email (Success Message) and then when they click to confirm their email it shows the Thank You page? Is that automatic or do I have to wire that up somehow?
