Sent my first email/broadcast an hour ago, to a test list of email addresses that all come to me. No messages have arrived. It's not in spam, and I didn't specify a send time so it should have been immediate, right? Is there usually a delay?

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
  • Social Media tab:
    • Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

Hey @convertkit30! If you're using an @gmail address as your sending address, then that would be the most likely culprit here. We have more information on this issue here27.

Are you using an email address like gmail or yahoo to send, or a  custom domain like john@johnsmith.com39?
