So, I've stuffed this up and I'm not getting any help from support. I thought that if I added onto an existing sequence in an automation anyone who completed the previous sequence would automatically move onto the next step, but apparently not. Basically I have 500+ people who've completed my welcome sequence and I want them to move onto the next one after a delay. Right now it's working so that people who HAVENT finished the welcome sequence go onto the next one, but the 500 people who've already completed it aren't getting it. I've tried everything I can think of to try and tag those completed subscribers etc. I can't isolate them though, and I don't know how to get only the people who've completed the welcome sequence to move onto the next one. Help?
