Something odd happened today. I do not have Invisible reCAPTCHA selected for any of my forms, and it has never popped up before, but today the forms now pop up a "Please complete this security check to subscribe" box with re-captcha when anyone signs up. Also, whereas I had just selected "Show a Success Message" with the template text and that was all that was displayed before today, now a a "Powered by ConvertKit - Want to grow your own audience? The best creators on the web use ConvertKit to build their audiences. You can as well! Learn more about ConvertKit" box is displayed under the success message. How can I get rid of both the captcha and this message?
