Subscribers aren't getting added or emailed. It doesn't matter if I use a form embedded on my own site or a landing page hosted with Convertkit - the success message shows, but, they don't get added to my subscriber list or get any emails.

Share more about yourself! Click on your gravatar> profile > edit profile

About You tab:
- Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
- About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
- Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
Social Media tab:
- Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

Is it possible that your form and landing page are set up to use an Incentive Email, and the folks haven't confirmed? If that's the case, when you go to your subscriber list and change the list from "Confirmed Subscribers" to "Unconfirmed Subscribers" you'll see them listed there.

If that's not what's going on, you should reach out to ConvertKit's support team at help@convertkit.com58 (or with the message bubble in the lower right corner) as there may be something going on with your account.
