Hello Michael,
If a subscriber is already inside the sequence and you changed the schedule of the sequence there is a possibility that the subscriber will be stuck or will still follow the previous sending schedule.
To be honest, there are a lot of possible reasons why the sequence is not sending, here is a article I saw that might help: https://help.convertkit.com/en/articles/2502568-why-isn-t-my-sequence-sending20
You can also contact support so they can help you further on your sequence: https://community.convertkit.com/l?u=mailto%3Ahelp%40convertkit.com&h=07558e8070de4a77abaa711da744b4c8&source=answer&id=643e18e84c36ef4869c5b30611
Question
Support The first email in my sequence was sent a bit over 2 days ago, and now I want to send a second email. I want it to go our immediately. I have set it to 2 days after previous email, but nothing happened. So I changed it to 1 hour after first email - and still nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
