The incentive email editing isn't working, it just loads forever. Any fixes??

This is happening to me and has been this way for months. I've checked everything I possibly can around it, but everything else seems in tip top shape for sending according to the knowledge base. That being said, I still have subscribers who either don't get the incentive email at all or when they click the confirm button, it doesn't do anything (they try again later and it works, but it should work the first time). I was hoping that if I could edit the incentive email, I could maybe see if there is an email address error.

Share more about yourself! Click on your gravatar> profile > edit profile 

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
  • Social Media tab:
    • Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!
