Hi @Thomas Murray33, sorry for the trouble!
- Can you please double check that the form's incentive email is enabled? You can enable the incentive email from the form editor by clicking the envelope icon on the right toolbar and ensuring the box next to 'Send incentive email' is checked.
- (And if you also want double opt-in29 enabled, ensure that the 'Auto-confirm new subscribers' box is unchecked)
- Could you please verify that the sending email you're using is a custom domain email address30 (i.e. not @gmail, @yahoo, etc.)?
- Did you check your spam folder, just in case the email was being sent there? If so, we have some further info on why that could be happening here43.
- Is it possible your account still needs to be approved as per our approvals process31? (You should see a yellow banner across the top of the page indicating if this is the case.)
