I'm sorry to hear that your subscriber info did not save.
I highly recommend you reach out to help@convertkit.com27; they can check the subscriber list and opt-in page, find the cause of the issue, and help you resolve it.
They will need a view of the account to see the setup.
Question
Landing Pages This is so frustrating. At least 3 new subscribers who signed up for my Opt-in did not have their info saved in my data base. This is especially upsetting because reliability is the SOLE reason why I signed up with convert-kit. I initially started out with MailChimp but my friend had a bad experience where her subscribers info was not recorded so I decided to SAVE myself that heartache and when I heard that Convertkit is great I decided to switch.So now I'm so confused! I have 42 subscriber and I had quite a few lately who I know signed up but the last one recorded is from August 2022Can someone please help?
