Two people have told me they purchased Product A from me, but CK shows $0 sold, and it's been days, so I don't think it's just a delay in reporting. Can you help me?

I strongly suggest to contact help@convertkit.com20 to check your reporting dashboard and see if here are pending purchase. Try to check the email in your account. Search for their email in your subscribers page and check the profile if they really purchase it or something pending or what's the error. There might be some error that causing the report purchase is not right.
