Urgent support question: My Valentine's Day broadcast is not sending. Today should be a good sales day for me (a big day). I had a special broadcast set to go out 90 minutes ago. It displays as "processing" now and has only gone out to 30% of recipients. I am losing sales by the minute. Can you fix this / can you tell me what to do / can you please escalate to asap to someone who can help?

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity

Hi @Adara Astin31 Based on your screenshot you used an A/B Test Subject Lines. Based on this guide HERE31:
☝️ NOTE: Make sure that you take into consideration the 4-hour test period before running an A/B test! It might not make sense for time-sensitive emails where 4 hours would be too long to wait for the full send.
