User confirms email via a Convertkit form. This form sends confirmed user to a page that contains a Gravity Form to be completed (10 page application form). The Gravity Form is mapped to the ConvertKit form used to sign up and receive the application. Why is ConvertKit asking the user to confirm their email address a second time if they are already subscribed?
