From our pricing page39, you can sign up for 400k subscribers. But if you have more than 500k subscribers, I recommend reaching out to the team at help@convertkit.com25 so they can assist you with your account.
Hey Luca -- This will depend on the plan you are currently in. Under the free plan, the limit is up to 1k subscribers only. Once you exceed the limit, you will have to be upgraded to the paid plan in order to accommodate your subscribers. For paid plans, there are no limits for subscribers, but the plan will depend on the number of subscribers on your list. For example, if you have 2k subscribers, then you will be under 3k plan.
