When new subscribers download my freebie, they are asked to register to Convertkit (after clicking 'download' in the incentive email). How do I make sure they don't need to do that?

Hi @leysensara36 , thanks for reaching out! If you have the freebie set up as a download file and not a redirect url, then it shouldn't be sending them to the page to create a ConvertKit account. Can you check the settings of your incentive email and let me know what it shows here?Β

If it's set to app.convertkit.com35, then it could be prompting them to sign up. You'll either need to attach the file as a download or set the redirect link to where your share file is located (One Drive, Google Drive, etc) If you're still having this issue, please email us help@convertkit.com32 or use the chat bubble icon located inside your ConvertKit account to send us a message and a Product Specialist will be able to look further into this for you.:)Β
