Why are confirmed subscribers in my list are being labeled as unconfirmed when they sign up for something on a new landing page?

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
  • Social Media tab:
    • Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

Hi @Mary Hendra19 If a subscriber has the status of 'Unconfirmed', it means they signed up to a form or landing page that had double opt-in enabled but never confirmed their subscription. Subscriptions are confirmed via clicking the button in the incentive email15. Unconfirmed subscribers do not count towards your billing total. You cannot contact subscribers with the 'Unconfirmed' status via ConvertKit.

NOTE: It is not possible to resend incentive emails to unconfirmed subscribers. For more information on this, please check out this article19.
