- About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
- Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity

Can you check if you have subscribers in the filter? You can also check your template if it has the default unsubscribe link and the address. If it's still not working, you can reach out to the team at help@convertkit.com4

I can see a bar at the top of dashboard 'Email sending is disabled. Start or continue a support request by clicking here.' How to fix it. Is it because I am new to ConvertKit?
