Why is one of my subscribers status say "Bounced" and they are not getting my emails, even though they haven't unsubscribed? I also tried to update it manually and it's still not updating.

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity

    • Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

Hiya @Silvia Istrate20 ! One of the reason was your recipient server rejected the request of your email to enter their inbox. At this point, what I can suggest is to ask the subscriber to add your email address to their allow/safe list to practice the routine of accepting your email message all the time.
