I like the second one better. For the layout, The blend of colors in the first does not seem to be pleasing to the eye. But the fact that it has white to contrast the red and blue is a good feature that could be done somehow in the second one? The red color family is generally considered angry or aggressive. so I am wondering if something in the growth color pallets like muted greens and Blues would give more of a sense of getting relief? or a more muted red/pink? or if you message is to be aggressive go with a more clear red?
