ConvertKit Community Code of Conduct
Following our simple code of conduct (COC) ensures that every community member is safe, heard, and respected. Please refer to our list of expectations and unacceptable behavior.
Expected Behavior
Be kind, welcoming, and respectful.
Support each creator in the community regardless of expression differences, experience, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, personal appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, nationality, or any other characteristics.
Give supportive language in all comments and discussions.
Unacceptable Behavior
Any speech deemed sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or discriminatory.
Harassment of any community member based on differences of opinion.
Derogatory comments toward any community member or ConvertKit team member.
Violence, threats, or language depicting violence.
Harsh, cruel, argumentative or negative comments.
All types of spam including posts, comments, and sales pitches unrelated to the community.
If you witness or are subject to any of the above unacceptable behaviors, we ask that you report it immediately and flag the content as unacceptable. You can report unwanted behavior to help@convertkit.com.
ConvertKit reserves the right to remove any individual or group, at any time, that’s identified as violating COC.

- Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
- About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
- Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
Social Media tab:
- Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!
