Angela Freebird here. Hello. I'm a coach. I love it. It is one of the things that makes life delicious. I help people create healthy habits, so they can *actually do what they say they want to do, AND more importantly- I make getting from A to B - FUN! (Who cares about arriving at the goal if the journey to get there sucks).
Astrology, Somatic Experiencing, The Course in Miracles, and the Enneagram are my favorite coaching tools. Oh, and I'm a personal trainer with my own unique functional training system for folks who don't like the gym. However, they know it makes the outside stuff (hiking, skiing, backpacking, etc.) more fun when they are stronger. (Plus, who doesn't want to wear skinny jeans sometimes.)
Currently, I am living part-time in the forest in a colossal cirrus camper that sits on top of Big Red, my one-ton Ram pickup truck. I'm hard to miss in that beast because Lucky, the plotthound who owns me, makes a serious habit of baying his life enthusiasm out the window for anyone within a nine and a half block radius to hear with remarkable clarity. Lucky often feels like Freddie Mercury, having a similar vocal capacity that reaches everyone's ears (even with earbuds) within a 9.5 block radius, often making the one-ton diesel feel quiet.
