I have cooked more than 7000 dinner meals for my food sensitive family. They went from brain fog, abdominal discomfort, migraines and lethargy to having energy after eating. My cooking class students combined recipe modification with hands-on skills while my community college students learned how to make nutrition "head knowledge" practical in their everyday lives. My passion as a registered dietitian and certified health educator for the last 30 years has been to help people eat healthier food & live healthier lives. But I don't believe that health is the goal. Health is only important so that you have the energy to live out your purpose.
My goal is to help everyone feel good after eating so that can live out their God given calling instead of lying on the couch dysfunctional.
