I’ve overcome child abuse and trauma, healed from rape and multiple miscarriages, and I live for love and kindness in the face of cruelty.

I'm a writer to my core with my current books including Embrace Yourself (2018) and Raped, Not Ruined (2020), and a blog I've run for over 5 years called Lilacs in Paradise.

As a woman living with cystic fibrosis and what I like to call my "potential expiration date," I can't be hurried. I love and deeply live each moment of my life. This philosophy in action and the results of my own journey lead me to become a serendipity success coach and continue to share my story, my impact, and my time in a way that serves others and let's this world know, long after I'm gone, that I was here and it meant something.
