Yes! The average landing page conversion rate across industries (according to google) is actually around 2% and anything above 5% is considered great so you're really converting!
Have you had them check their spam or promotions folders if they're using Gmail? Sometimes list emails can get lost there.
Are all the emails in the sequence set to active and not draft and saved? Also have you tried working around that by tagging through automation in CK instead of in Leadpages?

If you know they're spammers for sure you should be able to delete them. Luckily Unconfirmed people don't count towards your convertkit total.
You should be able to add a form to your website using the embed code and a code block or add a landing page through a hyperlink or button.
