20 years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes. I had to do something or face disastrous medical problems - blindness, kidney failure, amputations. I started to exercise and eat better, and made lots of mistakes.
At gym I wasted years trying to figure out the best way to improve your medical and physical fitness and not just look good in a t-shirt.
Now, at 72, I can row harder then 99% of men, run 5km in 23 mins (twice a week), swing heavier kettlebells for longer and have far more stamina and superior cognitive fitness as well.
I know for a fact that what works when you are less than 50 will not do what you need after 50. I'm the proof.
The secret is body age - all training has to be designed to bust your body age. Generally people think I am about 53, and coincidentally that's what my body age was last measured to be.
