Is it correct to assume that we are paying for a ghost ship of a company here? I see many of the questions in this forum go unanswered and my account sent an email that hadn't been scheduled in a evergreen sequence from an landing page automation and is not sending the scheduled sequence emails. Is there any one who actually checks on things behind the scenes of accounts, I can't seem to find a help desk.
